1. Moisture absorption: cotton knitted fabric has good moisture absorption, under normal conditions, cotton fiber can absorb water into the atmosphere around, and its moisture content is 8-10%, so it contacts the human skin to make people feel soft and not stiff. If the moisture content of pure cotton jacquard fabric is increased and the surrounding temperature is high, the moisture content in the fiber will evaporate and dissipate, so that the fabric can keep water balance and make people feel comfortable.
2. Moisture retention: because cotton knitted fabrics are poor conductors of heat and electricity, their thermal conductivity is extremely low, and because the cotton fiber itself has the advantages of porosity and elasticity, there is a large amount of air accumulated between the fibers, and air is a bad conductor of heat and electricity. Cotton jacquard fabric has good moisturizing property, and wearing pure cotton jacquard fabric clothing makes people feel warm.
3. Heat resistance: pure cotton jacquard fabric has good heat resistance. When it is below 110 ℃, it will only cause moisture evaporation on the fabric and will not damage the fiber. Therefore, pure cotton jacquard fabrics will have no effect on the fabric at room temperature, wearing, washing, printing and dyeing, etc. Therefore, the washing and wear resistance of pure cotton jacquard fabric is improved.
4. Sanitation: cotton fibers are natural fibers in cotton knitted fabrics, and the main component of which is cellulose. The pure cotton jacquard fabric has been checked and practiced in many aspects. There is no stimulation, no negative effect on the contact between the fabric and the skin, and it is beneficial and harmless to the human body for a long time, and the sanitary performance is good.
In January 2019, the spot price of cotton in Brazil fell 2.08%. Brazil's cotton exports were active in the same period, exports expected to exceed 120000 tons in January, and high-grade cotton continued to sell well on the international market.
According to the Brazilian Mercantile Exchange, by February 13, Brazil had sold 64.8 percent of cotton (with a total output of 2 million tons) in 2017-2018, of which 57 percent were sold domestically, 31.2 percent were exported, and 11.8 percent were exported or sold domestically. According to the Brazilian Agency for Agricultural Statistics, Brazil's cotton output in 2018 / 2019 was 2.363 million tons. By the end of January, 23.5% had been sold, of which 48.2% were domestic, 24.9% were exported, and 26.8% were exported or sold domestically.
As the yield of cotton is higher than other crops, sales are expected to be good, and the Brazilian cotton output in 2018/ 2019 is expected to hit a new record, with exports expected to exceed India, second to the United States. According to statistics, the planting area of the main cotton-producing area in the Brazilian main cotton-producing area is 978,000 hectares, and the current sowing has been completed by 72.42%.
1. It has good moisture absorption and air permeability, and it is comfortable to wear.
2. It is soft hand, soft luster and simple.
3. It has good heat preservation and good wearability.
4. It has good dyeing, bright color and complete chromatography, but not good color fastness.
5. Concentrated alkali treatment can make the fiber section round in fabric, improving the luster of fabric.
6. The light resistance is better, but long exposure will cause fading and strength decrease.
7. The elasticity is poor, the fold is easy to produce and the crease is not easy to recover.
8. The pure cotton fabric is easy to become moldy and deteriorate, but it is resistant to insects and moths.
